Founder & Operator
With over a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry, I founded Kingdom Core Pilates with a clear purpose: to help individuals build strength from within and become the highest version of themselves—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
As a Peak Pilates® trained and certified instructor, I provide a classical Pilates approach rooted in precision, control, and intentional movement. My work goes beyond exercise; it is a transformative experience designed to restore balance, improve posture, increase strength, and cultivate a deeper connection to the mind and body.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of guiding clients through meaningful transformations. From busy professionals seeking relief from chronic pain and stress to individuals committed to elevating their health and performance, I have witnessed firsthand how personalized Pilates can change lives. My clients are united by a common goal: they want to invest in themselves and become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident versions of who they are.

Kaylee is a Peak Pilates® Certified Instructor with a genuine passion for helping others move with greater strength, ease, and confidence. Her journey with Pilates began after experiencing its transformative benefits firsthand. Following years of desk work, Pilates helped her restore flexibility and mobility, improve scapular winging caused by poor posture, and develop a profound mind-body connection that continues to influence every aspect of her daily life.
Inspired by the powerful changes she experienced, Kaylee became an instructor to share these same benefits with others. She believes that intentional movement is one of the most valuable investments a person can make in their long-term health, vitality, and longevity.
Through thoughtful, personalized instruction, Kaylee guides clients toward improved posture, balanced strength, and a deeper connection to their bodies. Her approach is both supportive and empowering, helping each individual feel stronger, move better, and become the best version of themselves—one mindful movement at a time.
